Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Fireium's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Fireium's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on our website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Services

Fireium provides software development services including but not limited to web development, mobile applications, AI chatbots, machine learning solutions, and cloud services. The specific terms of each service engagement will be outlined in separate service agreements or proposals.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services will be specified in individual project proposals or service agreements. Generally:

• Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges or service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with the services

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment for services rendered, the client will own the custom work product created specifically for them. However, Fireium retains ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property, tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in the delivery of services.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of information shared with us during the course of providing services. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the contracted services.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality services, but:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• We do not warrant the results obtained from the use of our services
• Any material obtained through our services is at your own discretion and risk

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fireium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms specified in that agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and any materials provided. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
